Yodapwnsasmurf
Just want to know a little bit more about Marbled fenes, are they a hybrid (Pretty sure they arent), how are they created, and is it alright to breed a marble with a regular to create marbles? Thanks, you guys always seem to know more than Google!

fish addiction
No no no..... They are a tank bred morph that got line bred.... The 1st was just a 1 off out of a batch from standard fene parents..... I know this 100% because I know the guy who did it I was at his house this morning actually.... So no they are not a hybrid nor a natural morph in a lake....... They were 1st bred right here in brissy by a great bloke

Yodapwnsasmurf
Wow, that's awesome, so, does that mean we should be exporting them and getting them out into the world?
scott95
im not to sure wether the queesnaldn legislation of importing exotic species of fish applies for the exporting. would be good to find out, but in effect yes, although i have not seen any outside of australia.
