Need help identifying these worms I found

Hey guys i will attach a picture and does anyone know what they are as I cant find anything online that looks the same.

They are only a few mill each

hey they were in a clump on the bottom of my catfish tank. Its bare bottom and they were probably tangled up with uneaten food

just had a read online. So they are used as food so are not dangerous being in the tank???

yea they were hooking into organic waste

can be a good food

but they can also have lots of crud in their guts, making feeding them a real strain on water quality
