Welded steel stand has some rust damage but was fully sanded, scrubbed and triple coated with rust proofing spray paint when I got it. Stand is sturdy. Tanks are approx 3ft x18in. Top two tanks have lids. Top shelf has a sheet of ply so you can use it for storage. Tanks are breeding quality, NOT display quality. All hold water at this time, but sold as is.
