goldenswimmers
I thought it was illegal to put rick astley photos in your thread...to not punish fellow forum members.. never gonna give never gonna give ooooooh give you up when I need a dry food to cover all bases(when dodgy online stores take my hard earnt)..I use new life spectrum flakes....crumble down for small fish even fry if you crumble well...and if an emergency for big guys...put big flakes under the water to save it floating around everywhere and increasing chance of fouling the fishees pad... bidkev
Why? Why, and how do you arrive at your decisions? Activity? Colour? Growth? Just curous? I always used Hikari and NLS but switched to Orca for pellets as I could source it much cheaper and it's higher in protein so my big guys get a good feed. Flake................was using Orca but am just trialling Sera and my fish seem to be more active and colourful on it. Fry powder also Orca and fry granules Nabori. shon982
Hey Kev, you should try ocean nutrition spirulina flake, it's like sera as you describe but cheap Where did you get the nabori fry granules from? I've been wanting to get some but only want a little bit to trial it first before buying 1kg or something
Daydream
sera or hikari use both multable products get larger and more regular spawns and coulor and vitalaty seems to be better than other brands that i have used
__CAV__
i use a mix of sera, hikari and tetra foods at the moment. personally i dont think any of the better brands are better than one another, a mix of foods, both live and prepared is the best for any fish IMPO

Having tried everything I could get my hands on, I have settled on NLS as being the food that grows the toughest specimens, with the best colour, at the fastest rate, no matter the species and all while polluting the water less than other brands. my opinion of course but I like to think it is a calculated and semi educated one lol
raycam01_au
I have used Sera products on my tropheus and they loved it, i loved it, if i was a fish i would have eaten it, hikari yes, and even a mixture of cheaper pellets assisted with some good stuff, only started using NLS late in ma fishy habit, and it also was sexy as
