thejosh
I don't think anyone actually helped. i would suggest water changes when its raining and feed them up with zucchini buk choy and cucumber. hope this is some help.
Brengun
I don't think they breed all the time and in the wild it is seasonal. In the fishroom with better foods the breeding can be prolonged but eventually they do have a spell from breeding for a while.
ricksfish
maybe if you can seperate them, feed them up then re-introduce them might start something. just an idea.
The Tech Den
Also have you changed anything? What is the Temp of the tank and are they in softer type water or harder? What are you currently feeding them? What fish are in each tank as the OS and the Peps.
dave
I find that the drop in temp over winter normally leads to a break in the breeding of my bn. Keep them well fed and maybe using some rainwater in water changes to simulate the change of seasons and soften up the water. GL Dave

americanlover2
ok, 8 tanks ea 90cm x 50cm x 50cm each has 2 trios of peps, os b/n trios are in the same size tanks x 2. Temp 25 deg, PH 6.8, All feed on zucini, viformo, sweet patato, verious types of wood, algae wafers, lettuce and once in a while they get blood worms. Its pretty much the same food i give them all the time. Oh and water change of 20% a week with rain water. I think that is it. I will try the ideas that i have been given. Oh and all 10 tanks are sumped as 1 system....................... THX.............. PAUL Edited June 23, 2012 by americanlover2
