Brengun Posted June 27, 2012 Report Share Posted June 27, 2012 Not quite as important on the bristlenoses as they can take a bit of cooler water but some of the fancy L's do require quite warm water of 26-28C or some even more. With our weather turning lousy atm, please, check your heaters are actually heating. Twice this week I have caught heaters not working correctly and have had to replace them. I discovered it by putting my hand in the tank during feeding as the temps hadn't yet slipped into dangerous mode to set off the temperature alarms.
