Last week i had ordered a 500ml bottle of water dechlorinator and when it arrived the pop top cap was open a little. While i had not lost very much product i sent a PM just to give some feed back as to what had happened. I did also mention that i was not unhappy and that i was still a loyal customer. Within 24 hours i had a reply to my message with an apology and that there was a flat pack in the mail for my inconvenience. You were good enough to let me know what had happened so we had the opportunity to do something about it and happy to do so. We like to think in the way of "If I was in your shoes" what would be the best way of going about it - what would I like to have happen, if it happened to me.
