Redlands Pet Centre
Hi Bassius We sell the Pond One Air Pumps and use them in store. In fact the main 12000 models that are running the shop tanks are almost 6 years old and wehave never had to replace the diaphragms. Off hand I have no idea about the shaft that you mentioned, so I will have to get on to the supplier and find out for you. If you still need help with this please send us a PM with your contact details and details like how old the pump is and where you bought it from etc. These pumps have a 3 year warranty which we can help you with even if you didn't buy it from us. If it outside warranty we will still try and get it sorted out for you. I am not back in the shop until Wednesday, so please try and send the PM by then if you still need help.
