BRISSY
Hey guys, I thought I would start a new one of these in the american cichlid section since there is already an African cichlid one. You are also welcome to list catfish or shrimp spawns if you want . So, whats you best batch of fry today, or this week?
Matmatmat
I've got a female flowerhorn going in a good routine eggs every 12-14 days:) that's about the most exciting thing I have going right now:) I thinks there's a little barry white in every drop of backwater ! Azedenkae
I haven't got a batch of fry for a while now (moved my fish around too much for them to want to breed), but I am currently raising a batch of beautiful fry. They were born about a month and a half back, and are super cute.

goldenswimmers
with americans it would have to be from my old JD splits...got some ebjd and had a brazili pr that used to breed like clockwork and their spawn sizes used to impress me..but breeding brazilis is like going to a fruit n veg market and saying "wow...look what i found...a tomato!!!!" Matmatmat
Today was a shock, where the heck am I going to keep 1000 or so ranchu? Really wasn't ready for this one and certainly not a spawn of this size.. Ended up leaving 2 or 300 eggs in with the parents to be eaten!
Azedenkae
My Bristlenoses laid yesterday, or maybe a few days ago (no idea). I walked up to the tank yesterday and saw 40 or so eggs in the corner of the tank, fanned by pops. XD No logs, no shelter, nothing. Just in the open.
