I purchased an item the other week and they were exceptionally helpfull. Unfortunately Aus post wasnt so helpfull and somehow lost the item. After contacting ben and him chasing it up, he had no problems in getting me another order and sending it out free of charge. Thankyou guys you make a buyers world sooo much easier when things go wrong. Great communication and exceptional customer service. will deffinatly be coming back again to shop soon.
