With last year being such a big success and great night for all, we are going to hold the Christmas Member Night again at Redlands Pet Centre on Wednesday 12th December 2012 from 6.00pm until 8.30pm. There will be heaps of prizes to be won, lots of giveaways thanks to our generous sponsors and Big Discounts for QLDAF Members. I hope you can all join us on the night. 63off Posted November 19, 2012 Report Share Posted November 19, 2012 hi just wondering is it wheelchair friendly As with all pet stores there's bits and pieces in odd places and the aisles are never quite wide enough to get past other people but I would say RPC is a little better than most for WC access. The fish aisle itself is quite narrow but wide enough to fit a regular sized WC down it. If it's one of the big WCs you will probably struggle a bit. The shopping centre is flat and accessible, being all on one level. Parking is either outdoor on the same level as the shopping centre or under cover below the centre. Access from below is a travellator (not escalator). Sorry, I didn't look for any elevators, nor the number of disabled parking spots as I haven't needed them on the occasions I've been there, but perhaps Russ or Kim could answer that for you. If you park at the Target end, there is an entry door that will lead you towards the food court (we are opposite Subway) There is a wheelchair friendly ramp on the first lower level car park and the escalators are flat-style that trolley's can travel on. As for Redlands Pet Centre, yes, it's a little tight in some locations, but the staff are happy to assist and will do everything to make your shopping experience a great one Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
