He was huge & I had a flying fox shark that was about 15cm & he used to sit on the black sharks back, people would come over & comment on how big the flying fox was thinking he was sitting on a log & when I pointed out that the fish he was sitting on was bigger they'd notice the black shark & always say some sort of expletive & freak out at how big he was, very cool fish & I do miss him Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Betta Posted November 18, 2012 Report Share Posted November 18, 2012 Started in at 3x2x2 with a wet/dry sump(bio balls only) & he got to that size, then changed that tank to a marine reef & put him in a 4x2x2 with the same style wet/dry sump & Eheim 2028, I think I had him about 5years, took about 6mths to get to full size Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

He's a vegetarian so you can feed him lettuce, Nori sheets & other veggies, experiment to see what he likes, mine used to eat blackworms but I was told they weren't good for him, not sure how true that is though Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
