I am 99% sure one of my tanks has columnaris. I bought some harlequin rasboras and didn't think twice when one of them appeared to have a tiny patch of white on its lips. After last weeks hot weather I lost a couple of them, then my german blue ram and this morning my gold ram. I have 4 young electric blue rams, rummy nose and 3 rasboras left. The fish that died were breathing very hard and the rasboras looked swollen. All stopped eating and went very quiet for a few hours before dieing. Can someone please tell me the best treatment as I really would not like to loose any more fish. All water parameters are fine, no ammonia, nitrates, nitrites, PH is 7.4. Thank you for any help.

Thanks for the reply, and yes I added extra air. Tank is about 3 weeks old but I used filter media from another aged tank, and 1/2 the water was aged. Tank temp peaked at 30 on Tuesday afternoon. The rams were completely non fazed by the temps but I have lost two in the last three days.

Thanks, I decided to call a friend and asked him. I hate harassing him over fish stuff but decided it was worth being annoying :) He advised me to use Triple sulfur. Said the white lips was a dead give away. Many thanks for the help, I appreciate it.
