Fish Junkie Posted January 15, 2013 Report Share Posted January 15, 2013 (edited) I bought a water flow meter a while back thought I'd give it a go as I did waterchanges 2687.5 Ltrs later and that's the main tanks in the shed now just the baby tanks and ones inside left to do this is purely WC no gravel clean or sump clean whats yours ? Psycho74 Posted January 15, 2013 Report Share Posted January 15, 2013 250 litres per week in the big tank, this tank is 4 ft deep so i've created my own extended gravel vac tube via bunnings and hooked it up to hosing to drain into the garden. Then i have three nano tanks to do. Filling them back up again with buckets of water left overnight. Last weekend i raised the water too high covering the filter spout which reduced the bubble flow.. lost numerous fish overnight. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
