gcbloke81
Guys, Hope someone can point me in the right direction. Am just setting up display tank (122w, 60d, 60h) and am looking for the more "Amazonian" or rainforest look with larger leaved plants etc. Tank is not setup yet, but has a large full length piece of driftwood that will go roughly halfway back across the tank and that I would like to put moss/Anubius on, and quite like the look of hairgrass or HC for the foreground but just unsure what would be suitable plants for the background to and mid area. Tank will be set up for Discus, and will be running 4 x T5 28W 6500K bulbs and most likely a DIY CO2 system. Any help would be much appreciated. Regards. DeadFishFloating
I would go with large swordplants as a background, anubias on interesting driftwood in the middle (maybe goldvine) and chainswords as a foreground carpet. but soooooooooo many options! gcbloke81
Thanks for the info. Was thinking something similar. Will research the plants and post pics as comes along. Unfortunatly need to get design right from start as tank and driftwood are to large to move once installed and have limited access to a deep tank with where is located.
