Ultra_Pikey Posted June 22, 2009 Report Share Posted June 22, 2009 Hi Boogieman, From my experience, they won't interbreed. The problem I had was that together (in a 3x2x2) none of 'em would breed. I think it was a case of the commons being intimidated by the large pepps & the pepps being shirty about sharing with the commons. I split mine up & babies!!! I remember reading something about hormones released into the water from the dominant Male (I think) hindering the others breeding. Maybe that could be something to do with it? But I can't remember the details, so who knows! This is just my experience, I'm sure others who have more wisdom with the pepps could give you a better answer Pikey.
