Hi Rosie

With the snail stopper Im assuming it uses copper sulphate to kill the snails

This treatment can very bad if overdosed so I would do a water change

Snails can be very hard to eradicate from the aquarium

You will have better luck with Clown Loachs as they eat them

Hi Rosie

Don't re-dose the tank unless the instructions say you can.....it usually states how long before you can re-dose.

What sort of fish do you have in the tank? What size? There is heaps of different loaches around and they do a great job at eating snails. They are usually quite interesting to watch too.

Hope that helps
