New diaphragm can be purchased online for cheap: O2 Plus 4000 Spare Diaphragm 11286 - Aquarium Supermarket Pumps are worth $100 each retail online (so more expensive once you factor in shipping), will sell BOTH for $120 ono. Very open to offers, $70 ono for the working one, if you only want one, and $50 for the one that needs a new diaphragm.
