goldenswimmers Posted October 3, 2013 Report Share Posted October 3, 2013 I wouldnt let them hatch..thats when the drama starts i find..I wait a few days and leave the female on them as she looks after them and keeps them clean etc...then remove and hatch in a fry grow out....I use a pot..so its easy remove and replace..pretty obvious but yeah use water from parents tank and have a sponge filter/fry safe set up etc to raise the fry in...are you wanting parents that raise the fry for you?..or do you want the most babies to survive?.. plus if you want the ebjds you are going to have to get them out anyways...these ebjd guys will be a lot of your first casulty fry as they are not quite as hardy as the ugly cuzzies....
