Store opening specials - Otto, Hikari and more...

Recommended Posts

Ok we said we would do some Otto specials and a good place to start.

We were going to have in store special only to bring people into the store but it would not be fair to those that supported us and helped us get to where we are now so the specials are in store and online too.

You still get your QLDAF discount off these prices too.

NLS was being packed this afternoon or tomorrow and hoping it will be sent possibly to receive it on Friday but more than likely Monday.

There is a bit for them to send as there will be some Marine Pure, Easy Life, Fish Treats and AquaEl filters and pumps coming as well.

How is this for a sexy internal filter....

Oh and the Hikari Frozen food range rocked up today too...Bio-Pure...

You should receive your order on Monday too i2cute4words. Just an update on the NLS and the Aquael. Even with the best planning not everything happens the way that it is meant to. We were to have received our order on a pallet and we received one box of 9 items. Apparently the pallet was broken down at the transport depot and one box was sent to us and the rest was returned to the supplier so now they will need to check it off and send it back.

Sorry for the delay on this one guys - it was not foreseen by us.

Ooh thanks :) Just in time to try and feed my numerous Corydoras fry which hatched a couple of days ago and 4 guppy fry spotted this morning and 4 not too sure if molly or platy fry also spotted this morning.

Do you sell live daphnia in store by chance? Was gonna try my hand at breeding some daphnia for a replenishing food source for my fishies.

Hi

Purchased quite a lot from you guys lately and very happy with the prices and products.

Just a question about the Otto Externals. Heard good things about them and you obviously have them well priced.

How is it possible the 1200lph and 1800lph both have a 30watt power consumption? Is this a mistake?

Hi Nafe420 - it is a bit of a weird one as when you look at the box that the 1200lph (PF300G) and it mentions that it is only 22 watts but when you open the box and have a look at the head it says it is 30 watts so we go by the 30 watt rating when quoting the wattage. I do agree with what Donny said with the impeller.

Thank you for your support too Nafe420, it is well appreciated and did noticed your orders.

yeah its all about the impeller i have a 5kl/h doing it at 45watts, the tech has gotten pretty good with pumps, thtas about $0.26 a day. So it coast me under $100 a year to run my sump with out heater.
