JasperGH
Hi everyone, I have just found a batch of about 20 fry from my common bristlenose and i was wondering if there was anything i needed to do, like how often should i do water changes and things like that. Also i saw an albino fry, is this common for this to happen?
the-K-id
If there is nothing else too aggressive in the tank you do not need to do much at all, a leaf of blanched lettuce can be a good starter food if they are very small. The albino gene is recessive, so two common parents could both carry it and pass it on to fry. In theory the odds are 1 in 4, but it seems to occur less than this.
