fifihoy
Hi all, Would a external cannister filter with the below details suit a tank of about 150lts? Voltage: 240V Frequency: 50Hz Power: 25W Output: 1200L/h Thanks, Fiona Sent from my C6903 using Tapatalk
aquaholic99
Yes but there will be a lot of water movement.
BoilingPoint
I second Aquaholics statement. With that filter the entire volume of the tank would be filtered 8 times an hour.
__CAV__
To counter the excess water movement you could put a T piece in both the inlet and outlet pipes then have a tap in between them. Then it's just a case of opening the tap til the flow is at a suitable level.
AquaholicsOnline
We sell a bio pro 1200 which has a flow control valve build in so no need for t pieces just move the level up and down for the desired volume. here is the link have a look: BIOpro 1200lph External Canister Filter
