Michael. thomas Posted November 8, 2013 Report Share Posted November 8, 2013 just bought a second hand aqua one CF-2200. It seems to be working fine but there is a rattle inside the head. Kaizen088 Posted November 8, 2013 Report Share Posted November 8, 2013 Check the impeller is seated properly. You probably have a worn impeller or ceramic shaft. If you look at the impeller and shaft there should be very little to no gap between the shaft and impeller. If it's an aqua one you should be able to get a replacement impeller assembly fairly easily. I know Pet City can get Aqua One stuff in for you if they don't have them in stock. Maybe try AOA...
