thespoz Posted November 15, 2013 Report Share Posted November 15, 2013 hi set up my new sump a few months ago so far i have around 1000 litres running through it. It is run by a 4 foot sump with a 3500lt pump 5kg carbon 3kg maifan stone 12kg glass noodles sponge to cover the top layer of water in the sump some filter wool and bio balls a filter sock and also sponge filter in each tank in the rack. thespoz Posted November 15, 2013 Author Report Share Posted November 15, 2013 well my tanks are still a little cloudy im wondering if its because i didnt clean the media well enough and that it might have leached into the water. plus im still getting waste in the tanks from the fish. also get a bit of waste in the filter sock but thats what happens i guess. just wondering if i need to improve anything or whether ive done ok with it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
