Nafe420
Hi Have around 17 yellow cherries I purchased about a month ago, was pretty happy a few days ago when one berried up. Just noticed now I have a young one that has black inside it's head, don't think it's a little saddle, pretty sure it is its internals. So has anybody else ever had this? Is it a bad sign? Cheers
SPA50
I've had a couple of yellows do this. I've also had a couple pass away. But not sure of this was a cause of it. I don't mean to alarm u at all, I'm not sure if it's linked as the black could have gone away and the dead ones could of been different shrimp. luckyfish
yeah i've had shrimp do this, i don't know whether its a pre-death stage they go through or a disease, but i noticed it more in yellows than any other colour, there is little known about shrimp disease. Perhaps this is normal for yellow shrimp before they die, or perhaps its a breeding thing, older males displaying a intimidation colour to other males?
