aquaholic99
Watch behavior between a known male/female and others. That'll make you a better fish breeder too.
yellows
Cheers Doug not what wanted to hear but am pretty sure I have way more males than female and was trying to thin some out as easy as I could. And aquqholic99 I have and do watch the behavior of my fish but haven't got all day to stand and watch fish and as I have just purchased these fish and said to Doug am pretty sure I have more males than females and was looking for a quicker way to thin some out. And as for being a better breeder I have other fish that breed regularly so I must be doing something right

DFishkeeper
Or put the females aside as you find them holding and build up a colony that way
